Once your order has been made, you can cancel it by sending us an e-mail within 48 hours. The information you send us will not be transferred to any third party.

For Swiss orders, we guarantee to deliver goods within 7 working days after receiving your payment (10 days for overseas orders), except when we may be temporarily closed (holidays etc.) or out of stock. You will be informed by e-mail if we are out of stock.

Payment for an order can take the form of:

• a cheque payable to Children Action
• a credit transfer to account number 4322, HSBC Republic Bank S.A.,
  2 place du Lac, Geneva, Switzerland – Reference Children Action
• a postal order to account number 12-4656-8
  Postage will be charged according to current Swiss national and international rates.
  Customs fees and other taxes are payable on overseas orders.
