Ensuring long-term funding for projects

Each project funded by Children Action is selected according to the following criteria: ethics, feasibility, quality and efficiency. The time scale over which aid is given is equally important, to ensure maximum efficiency and to establish continuity. For these reasons, the Foundation tends to invest in programmes which run over a minimum of three years.

Children Action is fortunate to be able to count on the generosity of faithful benefactors in ensuring the continuity of these projects in the long term.

Aid from companies

Exclusive shops supporting Children Action

Other large donations have also been collected through companies.
The famous Parisian boutique Colette (www.colette.fr) regularly supports Children Action in various ways and has made it possible to promote certain items produced by the Foundation.
Every year during Advent, the boutique Noa, in Geneva customises articles with all the proceeds going to Children Action.
The Club 55 Boutique (www.leclub55.fr) in St Tropez and the Costes Hotel (www.hotelcostes.com) in Paris sell items produced by the Foundation.

Committed companies

For the 10th anniversary of the Foundation, Lucien Pellat-Finet (www.lucienpellat-finet.com) redesigned the Children Action logo as the "teddy bear of our childhood". Limited versions of this t-shirt are sold in favour of Children Action.

Flybaboo (www.flybaboo.com) made a red silicone bracelet with all the profit given to the Foundation.

And also …Petit Bateau which donated 40'000 euros in 1995. Kookaï which generously produced a t-shirt, the sale of which helped fund the programme carried out in Romanian orphanages. The jewellers, Bulgari, who donated 30% of the profits of an auction they held in Geneva in November 1999.
