We are pleased to inform you that the new Centre for Ambulatory Crisis Treatment for Adolescents, established by the HUG (University Hospitals of Geneva), in conjunction with Children Action, was launched on the 1st of April, 2008.
Click here to find the press release drafted by the HUG to mark the opening of this new structure which together with the facilities for the prevention of suicide (CEPS) and hospital treatment of those who have attempted suicide (UCA), is emerging as a university centre of excellence and a benchmark in Europe.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all the HUG team. It is thanks to their remarkable work which allows Geneva to offer a unique “prise en charge” in the fight against teenage suicide. We would also like to thank those whose generosity allowed these structures to exist.
